Davy heads out on the Strangford Holiday Park Suzuki

In perfect conditions it turned out a disappointing night for Davy, he set off on the Strangford Holiday Park Suzuki looking to get his times upped, but a black flag at Sulby Bridge on the opening lap put an end to those hopes when the GSXR1000 was smoking badly with what turned out to be oil leaking on to the exhaust. There was no further time on track as he could not get back to the paddock on time to get a run on the other bikes, so a disastrous evening.

An angry Davy said afterwards, "Frustrated, it just feels like its not meant to happen, i ca't say much more. We just have to wait and see how bad the problem is now. Hopefully will have more to tell you tomorrow night."
